Getting to São Miguel
The island of São Miguel is easily accessible by air. The main airport is Ponta Delgada Airport (PDL), located one hour drive from the apartment.
There are direct flights to Ponta Delgada from Lisbon, Porto, and several major cities across Europe, North America and Canada, making it simple to reach our island paradise from afar.
For the most flexibility and ease in exploring the island, we highly recommend renting a car. This allows you to discover hidden gems, stunning viewpoints, and charming villages at your own pace.
